We wanted to find out more about this German designed and manufactured tent, a temporary fixture at Mizner Park each and every year, so we spoke to Darin Scott, Venue Coordinator of the Amphitheater, and learned some interesting facts.
How many hours does it take to fully install the tent?
“Well, this year’s installation is a record! The structure was up in two work days. Previous years were three days of construction.”

“About fifteen people each day to erect the structure.”
What is it made of?
“The frame is of an aircraft grade T6 aluminum.”
How much wind power can it withstand?
“Three second 90 MPH gusts and 75 MPH sustained winds.”
How long will it be up for?
