Forte is an ensemble cast documentary, directed by David Donnelly (Maestro, 2015), that challenges the popular and perhaps somewhat outdated notions of success in classical music through a fast-pace narrative of three female artists.

Cirque du Cinema

Fusing elements of cirque acrobatics, classical dance and contemporary theater, Troupe Vertigo will present a program featuring Cirque’s awe-inspiring physical feats of power and beauty paired with the music from blockbuster movie classics – all accompanied by live orchestra.

The Moth StorySLAM

The nationally-renowned storytelling program comes to Boca to host a lively, open storytelling competition. Anyone with a five-minute story to share on the day's theme (“Achilles Heel”) can step on the stage and tell a story.

Beethoven Birthday Bash

Tonight will be a truly inspirational evening celebrating Beethoven’s 250th. Constantine Kitsopoulos conducts The Symphonia and guest artists The Eroica Trio in an evening filled with works celebrating heroism.

Miloš: Voice of the Guitar

The acclaimed classical guitarist Miloš – called “the hottest guitarist in the world” – shares an evening of intimate and moving works that will leave you awestruck. He will be joined by a string quintet from the Conservatory of Music at Lynn University.

An Evening with Novelist Jesmyn Ward

The first woman and the first person of color to win two National Book Awards for fiction, and a recipient of the famed MacArthur “genius grant,” Jesmyn Ward is a writer of uncommon power and eloquence. She joins us for an evening to discuss her work.

The exciting Miami ensemble that made their electrifying debut at Festival Boca last year returns for a much-anticipated encore.

Postmodern Jukebox

This group is an international sensation, sparking viral videos and sold-out concerts worldwide. Comprised of “a rotating collective of musical outcasts,” the vocalists and instrumentalists make music (jazz, Motown, classic rock) the old fashioned way, and it has never sounded better.
