It was a stylish Thursday afternoon as we sipped on some bubbly and shopped at popular downtown boutique Encore Plus with a portion of proceeds benefitting the Festival of the Arts BOCA. Thank you to all who came out to show their support of the Festival's cultural arts education initiative.
