Our difficult times would seem ripe for US leadership, for a new, internationalist, “sink or swim together” worldview. But US foreign policy over the past decade has been guided instead by a “rejection of internationalism.”
Two of our country's most influential foreign policy thinkers – Richard Haass, president of the Council on Foreign Relations, and retired four-star Navy admiral James Stavridis – join us to discuss global events.
The talk will be moderated by Tom Hudson, of WLRN.
Festival Boca is committed to the health and safety of everyone involved in its events, from attendees, to artists and staff. ◼︎ All events will take place in Mizner Park Amphitheater – an outdoor (tented) venue. ◼︎ Enjoy socially-distanced, open seating with all seats 4 feet apart. ◼︎ All staff and artists will be vaccinated and boosted. ◼︎ Like other Florida arts venues, we have a well-considered Health and Safety protocol for all performances.
