Live Arts Global is run by women on a mission to bring dance to a wider audience by collaborating with artists, choreographers and dancers to create works meant to be enjoyed by all. Founded by Joanna DeFelice, a choreographer, contemporary artist, and former dancer, Melanie Hamrick, a choreographer and former dancer with American Ballet Theatre and Christine Shevchenko, principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre. They have produced and choreographed works ranging from Porte Rouge, which debuted at the Mariinsky Theatre, Ghost Light with dancers of the Royal Ballet A Night At The Ballet, which started as a livestream to raise money for workers in the performing arts and most recently JOURNEY which premiered at Kaatsbaan Cultural Arts Park, Tivoli NY. They are thrilled to be back at Boca Arts Festival this year with a new program.

Our Mission

To promote the cultural arts and enrich the quality of life of the residents of Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, and South Florida.
